The ideal candidate should be able to identify deficiencies in artist workflows and proactively recommend or develop solutions. The candidate must also work well in a team-oriented production environment, where problem solving and technical innovation are frequently expected. As an architect of the production pipeline, the candidate must create tools that not only solve current production challenges, but that also benefit the studio as a whole.
This role is primarily a coding position but we’re open to splitting time with creative tasks as well. This is a staff position, however we are always looking for talented freelancers to connect with.
