What the app does

The hard part
When there is no model to buy, we train one
For major languages, speech AI is a purchase. For everything else it is a project: collecting data, transcribing it, aligning it, training, evaluating — and then running the result reliably.
For Kurmanji and Sorani we did exactly that. Around 30 million people speak Kurdish — more than three times the population of Switzerland — and there was still nothing to buy. So speech recognition and speech synthesis here run on models we built ourselves, on GPU infrastructure we operate. We are not aware of a comparable platform for Kurdish.

Elsewhere on this site we show what we can build for you. mazdek AI shows what we have already built: a product in daily use, with real users, our own infrastructure and our own models. The same tools sit behind every client project.
Our goal
AI for the languages the digital world skips
Kurdish was the start, not the destination. Hundreds of languages barely exist digitally, and that is where we want to keep building models. Switzerland, meanwhile, is multilingual by design: four national languages, plus staff and customers in dozens more. If you need to process conversations, recordings or documents across language boundaries — or need a model that does not exist yet — we would be glad to talk.
